Today I have June's kit from Nail Art Society. Nail Art Society (NAS for short) is a monthly subscription that delivers a mani kit right to your door! NAS uses various well known nail polish brands, ans well as sends accessories such as tools, decals, glitter, and more. It's $11.95 a month, but with shipping it comes out to $16.90. Now NAS has had some ups and downs as a subscription, and received a lot of negative reviews in the past. They have recently revamped the brand and relaunched with much better products, and so far I have nothing bad to say about them.
NAS always includes a card detailing the contents one one side, and giving ideas or tutorials on the other. NAS also include a little burlap bag in each box which is both adorable and reusable.
This month I received a Ciate Mini in Naughty or Nice which is a fine glitter of blues, purples, and greens in a clear base, as well as a pot of what many bloggers refer to as "glequins". A glequin is a flat hexagonal glitter that is essentially a cross between a sequin and a glitter, hence the name. The ones I received were a dark holographic blue that is so so pretty. I've never had glequins before, and I'm excited to try using them in an upcoming mani.
Also included was a pedi kit, which I really appreciate. I can always use extras of staples like these, and though they are unbranded, the quality is just fine.
Finally, NAS included a little bonus item! Yay! I love little extras, and I know I'll use these moisturizer packets. Who knows, I may even let Mr. GGG have one.
I really enjoy Nail Art Society, and even though I'm taking a break from them, I know I'll be subscribing again soon. You can subscribe here, or take a look at their shop, where you can buy some of their polishes, accessories, and kits without a monthly subscription.
As always, thanks for reading and stay gorgeous!
XOXO
Gina
